Harmonious Society Award for Art Criticism Winners Announced

After eight weeks of exceptional displays and events, Harmonious Society, the largest Contemporary Chinese exhibition in the UK to date, has come to a close. Organised by CFCCA as part of the Asia Triennial Manchester, the exhibition involved over 30 outstanding artists from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. We thank all the artists for their engaging works and all our venue partners for their unwavering support.

 As part of its programme of events, CFCCA, in conjunction with University of Salford, established the Harmonious Society Award for Art Criticism 2014. The competition was open to all post-graduate students from both within the UK and internationally, and was designed to discover and encourage talented young writers who are engaging with Chinese Contemporary Art.

 CFCCA and the University of Salford are pleased to announce the winners of the Harmonious Society Award for Art Criticism 2014:

 

 

 

 

 

Each winner will have their essays published on both the CFCCA website and within the CFCCA Curating Chinese Contemporary Network.
